  • Enjoy the many local theatres in Spokane.
  • Spokane was the home of Bing Crosby, a famous singer and actor.  The Bing Crosby Theater is a performing arts theater located in Spokane, that was designed by theater architect Edwin W. Houghton.  The theater was origianlly built in 1914 as an 800-seat movie theater called Clemmer Theater.

What You Can Do
  • Donate theater tickets to those who couldnít otherwise afford to attend the event.   
  • Donate or loan costumes to community or school theaters.
  • Volunteer to help in a theater.  There are opportunities to help build sets, paint, collect props, hang posters, sew costumes, or usher.
