Spokane County has a program called Make a Splash Foundation.  They help kids in the community get into the pool by providing swim suits and pool passes to kids who canít afford to pay.  They also offer swimming lessons in the Learn to Swim program.  People can Donate money for this program at the General Store on North Division.

    Team St. Lukeís, a structured sports team and recreation program for young and adult participants with physical disabilities, encourages people to reach for their dreams and achieve success.  While developing valuable life skills, participants also have the opportunity to pursue college sports scholarships, participate in sports and recreation camps and compete in elite regional and national competitions.  Through Team St. Lukeís, participants develop lasting friendships, master important life skills and most importantly have fun.
