Multiple Sclerosis

  • The FDA approved a new treatment for MS patients:  Ocrevus (ocrelizumab) Intravenous infusion / injected.  It halts the progression of the disease with relatively few side affects.  The FDA cleared the drug for treating a severe form of MS.  They also cleared the drug to treat people with a more common form of the disease.  (ABC News, March 29, 2017)
